Underground Car Shelter
This is not a carport, not a pergola, not a canopy. It is the opposite. The CMC car shelter makes the car disappear below ground level. The car descends into a mechanised pit, the roof closes, and the surface above becomes walkable again: garden, courtyard, pathway, parking area. Nobody knows there is a car underneath.
One of our clients in Milan had a precise problem: he needed a parking space but did not want to sacrifice a single square metre of garden. We built him an Aries shelter with the roof finished in artificial grass and a perimeter drainage channel system for rainwater. The result: protected parking space, intact garden, no visual impact.
Compared to a masonry garage, the advantage is clear: no built volume, no permit for above-ground construction, total protection from theft and weather, and the surface on the cover remains usable. The drainage system guarantees waterproofing — the shaft stays dry even with completely outdoor installations.
Underground car shelter with structural roof cover
When used as an underground car shelter, the Aries range manages the vertical handling of a single vehicle, using the subsoil to create a protected parking space. Even in this use, the roof cover is present, closing once the vehicle is parked and keeping the surface above free.
The hot-dip galvanized structure effectively protects the system from weather, allowing indoor and outdoor installations. The scissor lift system ensures precision, stability and a compact footprint: an ideal solution in design contexts requiring a compact, safe and aesthetically integrated system.

Underground car shelter for two vehicles
The Hydrus range consists of advanced column car shelters, designed to accommodate two vehicles side by side in a single underground shaft. The structural roof cover allows two more cars to be parked on the surface, effectively doubling the overall capacity of the system and optimising the use of available space.
The column lifting system ensures precise and reliable movements. The columns must be fixed to a reinforced concrete structure to guarantee maximum stability and safety. The load-bearing structure is fully hot-dip galvanized, except for the lateral columns which are powder-coated for technical and functional reasons, nonetheless maintaining high resistance to external agents.

The Taurus range consists of innovative double scissor lift car shelters, designed to optimise space use and create safe and functional underground parking solutions. Villas and private residences with a garden or courtyard, where a protected parking space is needed without building a visible garage. This is the most common context: those who have outdoor space but do not want to sacrifice it to a masonry volume.
