Every CMC Parklift system with an operator on board is subjected to an independent inspection, testing and commissioning process conducted by TÜV SÜD, one of the most rigorous certification bodies in the world. Passing this process is not a given: it requires the product to meet precise and verifiable safety standards — not self-declared ones.
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
The structure of every CMC system is immersed in a bath of molten zinc that forms a protective layer integrated with the steel — not merely applied on top. The result is long-lasting corrosion protection that does not flake and requires no touch-ups over time. Essential for outdoor installations exposed to rain, snow and temperature variations.
Certified S355 Structural Steel
The structural parts of all CMC systems are made from S355 structural steel — a specification indicating a guaranteed minimum resistance of 355 megapascal (MPa). This is not generic steel: it is a certified, traceable quality with consistent mechanical properties. The choice to use exclusively S355 is a precise engineering decision, the same found in industrial metal structures and bridges.
Customisable Protection Panels
Lateral protection panels are mandatory on all systems with an operator on board during lifting. CMC treats them as an element worth choosing — not merely as a regulatory requirement to fulfil. Both the finish and the panel type are customisable to suit the architectural context and aesthetic requirements.

Every CMC electrical panel is designed to combine advanced technology with ease of use. The integration of programmable PLCs ensures high and customisable performance, while the touch-screen displays allow the system to be monitored, controlled and configured quickly, clearly and intuitively, improving operational efficiency and reducing response times.
Platform Suitable for Flooring
The platform surface can be finished with any material compatible with the surrounding context: stone, tiles, artificial grass, wood, terracotta. When the system is at ground level and finished with the same paving as the surrounding area, it stops looking like a system and simply becomes floor. It is a detail that makes a difference in private residences, gardens and carefully designed architectural spaces.
Reliability and Reduced Maintenance
CMC systems are designed to work for a long time with minimal maintenance interventions. This is not a generic claim: it derives from precise construction choices — quality steel, galvanizing, components oversized relative to standard use. For systems installed in apartment blocks or shared spaces, routine maintenance can be entrusted to any lift maintenance company, without the need for specialist CMC technicians.
