In this private home in Burgerhout, Belgium, the entrance hall between the direct street access and the private courtyard was transformed into an ingenious parking solution thanks to the CMC Parklift Vela car lift.
The system provides comfortable and direct access to the underground garage for any type of vehicle. Thanks to the high load capacity of the Vela model, up to 3500 kg, the owner was free to tile the platform as desired, personalising the installation's aesthetics without any weight constraints.
The installed version operates with an operator on board and features a special control panel designed to have the minimal possible visual impact, respecting the architectural character of the residential building.
