Custom-built column car lift designed to adapt perfectly to a pre-existing pit
The modernisation of the garage access system in this residential complex in Aosta required a bespoke technical solution: replacing the old system with a new, modern car lift while respecting the existing pit, without the need for costly and invasive structural work.
The CMC Parklift Sagitta car lift was built entirely to measure to integrate with the pre-existing dimensions and structural characteristics of the site. This custom engineering delivered an optimal result both technically and in terms of regulatory compliance, with no compromises.
The system is fitted with a roller shutter, fire curtain, and protective nets on three sides, ensuring full fire safety compliance and maximum daily safety for all residents of the complex. The installed version operates with a driver on board.
