Car lift with centering photocells for precise vehicle positioning
In this private home in Wormer, in the Netherlands, the challenge was to create a safe and functional parking space without sacrificing the precious garden at the front of the property. The solution was the CMC Parklift Aries 3 car lift.
The system allows one car to be parked in the underground garage while leaving the garden completely intact. The cover roof provides an additional surface for parking a second vehicle, effectively doubling the available parking capacity without occupying any new above-ground space.
The system is fitted with centering photocells to ensure correct vehicle positioning on the platform, a technical feature that significantly increases precision and safety. The installed version operates without a driver on board, with a man-present control system.
