In this private residence in Verona, the CMC Parklift Norma T1 sliding platform transformed the three-position garage into a fully automated space, where every vehicle is reachable in a free and independent manner at any time of day.
The Norma T1 operates through a system of platforms that translate horizontally on rails integrated into the floor. The movement is silent, precise, and managed by an electronic control unit that coordinates the movement sequence to always bring the desired vehicle to the exit position in the shortest possible time.
The Verona installation stands out for the care taken in the surface finishing of the platforms, designed to harmoniously integrate with the garage flooring — demonstrating how functionality and aesthetics can coexist perfectly even in automated parking solutions.
