Galvanised and powder-coated car lift for a residential complex with limited space
This residential complex in Ivrea faced a far from trivial technical challenge: allowing residents to access the external semi-underground garage without reducing the manoeuvring space in the adjacent yard. The CMC Parklift Vela Light car lift found the ideal solution.
The installation includes an innovative guillotine access gate that slides vertically, occupying no space in the yard. All lateral guards, both fixed and movable, were powder-coated over hot-dip galvanising, ensuring a refined finish appreciated by even the most aesthetically-minded residents.
The hot-dip galvanising of the entire structure ensures durability and weather resistance for outdoor use, eliminating any long-term maintenance concerns. The installed version operates with a driver on board.
